Anyone knows how to clean up credit because mines jacked up. I'm going to start doing biweekly payments for my car loan now. But I need to boost my credit score
A quick way after your debt is paid down some is to get a secured loan (a loan where you give them x amount of money first, and if you pay it back then you get that money back) from your bank, keep it a day, then turn around and pay it all right back
Credit karma is a pretty good app to see exactly where your credit is at and tips on how to improve it
I use that and credit Sesame but I was told It’s not accurate but I’m really trying to work on my credit
@mrscarter2k16 I'm trying also. My mom's husband said to get a credit card and pay it off on time monthly and your credit score will start improving after 3 or so months. I just had this conversation with him a few weeks ago. Havent talked to my bank about it yet though. Seems like a good way
@anicole3285, I'm going to try to pay off some of the debt I got now
Start paying off the debt. Biggest interest first and go from there.
@mrscarter2k16, what kind of loans? School have who loaned it to you and they usually have a breakdown of how much everything is
Got my first credit card. Never wanted one but this is the only way i know how to build credit and get my scores up. How long till you start seeing improvement to your credit score after paying it off every month on time??
Anyone know of a good credit card to help build credit? I’ve tried looking it up on my own and I’m getting nowhere 🤦🏻♀️ and my mom is useless with this too 🤦🏻♀️
Does anyone know of a credit card i could sign up for to start up credit? Other than a clothing store?
Anyone else get weird phone calls regarding a credit card that they don’t even know about?! Then when I tell them I don’t have any credit cards they hang up 🤷🏽♀️
so this is completely not pregnancy or baby related. but life related. does anybody know about credit. I'm 19 so I don't have any credit. but I don't know how to build up my credit. how do I do that and what causes people to have bad credit
Oh. And look into Acceptance Now. They usually work in rooms to go, rent a center, or other places like that. I bought a tv using that, paid it off in 3 months, and my score jumped 20pts and that was when i still had 2 collection accounts open
