I know I just post about this but my daughter is 2 weeks old and I’m
A 1st time breastfeeder I was bottle feeding her but I stopped and wanted to try breastfeeding but it’s on and off and my milk supply is slow and not coming in as much and I just need any tips because I want to continue to breastfeed her because I enjoy the experience between us

Just keep offering the baby boob, drink plenty of fluids and don't forget to eat well yourself. At this point I wouldn't do anything crazy but let nature take it's course.

Definitely make sure you eat! You have to stay nourishing your body to be able to nourish her properly. Try to eat as balanced of a meal that you can. Nutritional things. That’s where I went wrong. I was battling PPD so I didn’t have an appetite and my supply eventually just depleted. Definitely want to help anyone not to make the same mistake as I did.. Oh, And make sure to drink TONS of water! As much as you can, any time you think of it just drink lol. Best of wishes mommy 💕

@angeliquemitchell.1992, Water will always nourish you better than anything else! And I’m not sure of anything specific not to eat, I’m guessing just the things that’s not considered the healthiest.

@angeliquemitchell.1992 be careful with Gatorade and any other drinks like that. They're good for replenishment but carry a bunch of sugars and sodium.
