What can i do for a last name change for my 4year old son ? He has my last name only.. lots of stuff happend when i was pregnant btwn me & dad & he was not even there when i gave birth but we have gotten got back together when he was about 4months old & still together then my 2 other kids have his last name except my 4year old !? How much will they charge also!?

I gotcha! Have she asks you why she dont have same last name? Cause my bf fam keeps saying that we need to change it and stuff so they me 🤦🏻♀️🤮😡 you know... they keep saying bc when he grow up he going to ask why he don't have same last name & think he is not his dad and all different things!
@claudie_02, no she loves her last name because it’s my grandfathers last name and they are super close.. it’s up to you if you want to change it. My daughter is in school already so she already knows how to spell her last name if I change it,it will just confuse her. Plus she wouldn’t want to change it. Lol
My husband had to write and sign a letter claiming my son as his child and have it notarized. Then i think we filled out the back of his birth certificate.

My daughter has a different last name from her brothers and sister as well. But I’m not going to change it and she doesn’t want to either good to know if she ever wants to change it lol.
