Baby was born today and it was very difficult. Torn my labia so badly that it's likely to need some cosmetic surgery. Not only that but I went into shock overnight and couldn't breathe.
No one tells you about the mental shock immediately after the birth. You try to rest but your mind just wants to relive the traumatic event over and over. It's scaring

Ladies have you ever heard of anyone telling you that you're really not supposed to have a pap smear until after your 30s ? Or that it causes miscarriage. Because I never heard that & I'm really shocked that it's actually a opinion.
