I had it really bad during my pregnancy to where I was in tears at night . Nothing helped me no matter all the water I was drinking or stretches I did . The only thing that would relieve some pain would be my pregnancy pillow

My preggo pillow is working wonders for me as well! I'm considering a pregnancy massage, when I tell you I tossed and turned ALL last night. Smh

girl I use to when I was pregnant I couldnt lay on one hip for more than 5 mins I would constantly turn and ghen it hurt hella bad to turn I would be crying

I did a few weeks ago to the point it hurt really bad a d couldnt walk or I had to walk slowly and couldbt pick up my daughter. I bought a sciatica pressure point band for my leg and a belly and back support thing and I barely feel it now. But I can't go with out the belly support or it'll hurt really bad after a little while

Can you post a pic of your pressure band? I may need to invest in 1 because this pain is unbearable sometimes
