Any obgyn or doctors on here ?? Trying too save a trip , but the pain is going on too a hr half now

I’m having them upper thigh pain in that inner crease near my abdominal it hurts so bad I wanted too see if I can get help on here or remedies first 😭

@monika.prewitt cramping or pains are normal in early pregnancy now if the pain is excruciating or you experience bleeding go to the ER
