Hey guys!

I FINALLY got my BFP! It’s been a long road but it’s happened. I go in Thursday for a confirmation and U/S. I was wondering if though cramping and uncomfortableness is normal for early pregnancy? We were on vacation with a lot of walking and out all day. Today I’m very uncomfortable, cramping and just want to lay down (we are on our way home now, 4 hour drive).

Should I be concerned? Is it OK to wait until Thursday or should I head to the quick care after we arrive home? I never been pregnant and just want to make sure this baby sticks and we continue our journey!

Cramping is normal for the first few months. You might want to wait a couple weeks on the ultrasound because you won’t see anything at 5 weeks.

I think the doctor said he just wants to attempt to see that things are going like their suppose to.

Thanks everyone! It just worries me and fear the worst (it’s taken almost 3 years to conceive this little miracle).

Congrats! & cramping is completely normal. Even a little light spotting if that happens is normal! Take it easy, rest a little if you’re feeling uncomfortable. Early pregnancy symptoms are a lot like your period
