I need all the details of what Braxton Hicks do. When do they start? What do they feel like? EVERYTHING. I obviously did get them with my son my stomach would tighten and I’d get faint period cramp like pain and that’s it. However now all day today not consistently though I’ve been getting the SAME EXACT lower back pain in my lower back AND hips that got when I was in labor with my son, my contractions were in my back and they felt like this but my stomach is not getting tight at all. The pain prevents me from being able to think until it’s over 😖😭

My contractions were in my back too soo I know what ur feeling it’s the worst pain ever !! But Braxton Hicks aren’t supposed to hurt badly

Maybe go to the doctor if the pain doesn’t go away after an hour

My stomach isn’t even getting tight so I’m not sure why this has been happening but it’s very I wanna say consistent with my contractions with my son but they aren’t like every so minutes for however long. It’s just comes for a minute then goes and it could come back right away or I won’t feel it for hours but OMG IT HURTS lol
