It's a ligament that stretches during pregnancy. Can be a bit painful. nothing to worry about, almost everyone deals with it. And Braxton hicks contractions are painless, can be annoying, and you can definitely feel them sometimes, but also very common.

yes. I read the uterus is naturally slightly tilted to the right. So when it grows it pulls more from the left side which is why it hurts more
