Just ordered some ovulation tests now we’ll know exactly when I will ovulate, hopefully. I’ve read many post on here how you all are ttc what actually worked for you?

I have PCOS & I don't get why I have to take birth control & metformin at the same time? isn't birth control supposed to stop you from ovulating & metformin is supposed to help you ovulate? This is so frustrating. I just want to be able to get pregnant..
