I weaned my son off in January, I honestly took it away cold turkey....I got him a sippy cup with a straw and he likes those. It happened unintentionally tbh, one day he didn't nap, so by time I got him in bed he just passed out at night. However the next few days were a bit rough, he'd cry. I would hug him and talk to him to make him feel better, and then he'd sleep. I also brought water with us to bed if he was thirsty

Just weaned my almost 2 year old off of them by telling him a monster took his bottles. He was upset for the first night and then never asked for it again. It may be easier than you expect.

And just weene her off the bottle. Every day go littlernand.litternand hand her a sippy cup more often till nomore bottle and she's 2 so she should be able to understand and just explain how she's a big girl and bottles are for babies. My son at that age hated being called a.naby and wouldn't even eat apple sauce because he said it was for babies lol
