Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !

Thanks ladies contractions progressively getting worse but baby is only 3 pounds 9 ounces so they are still trying to stop contractions I’ve gotten 3 shots to stop them and nothing is working .
