Wish I had tips. Lol. It’s about trying to fit it all in lol. Plus I’m lucky my husband now helps around the house. I check and respond to email when they go to bed. Sometimes do a little work on a Saturday morning since I’m always up first. Then weekend evenings I put the phone down and focus completely on my family. Disconnect some :)
@krystalsullivan9, I definitely can understand that! I’ve learned to disconnect when I found out how trying work life balance could get just when I thought I had it all together. Now with our first baby on the way I’m like oh jeez 🥴
