I cant hardly keep anything down. Did any moms experience this while there pregnant?

What did you do to try to keep food down

I couldn’t at first I just had to drink Gatorade and eat crackers. I would even throw that up. Sometimes you have to deal with it. The nausea goes away so you’ll be okay
