On the Social Mom app, I was body shamed a lot. Women on this app would say things behind my back such as, I wish these skinny girls would stop posting their body pictures because it makes us ladies who are bigger feel bad and triggers our depression.
Let me just say this, I am so proud of my body. I used to be so overweight as well and I chose to do something about instead of complain and feel bad for myself. If others would just learn that body shaming is so wrong no matter what you look like, this world would be a much more positive place.
This was taken a couple of months pre-pregnancy last summer when I had my seccond misscarige. Mind you I wrote that in my comments and still got some hate.

As someone who has lost the equivalent of a human being as well, I salute you. Body shamers have an underlying issue and it’s those kinds of comments where it shows. Keep shining!
I think of you love yourself and your body, you shouldn’t care what people think about you. I wouldn’t go seeking approval on my body from a bunch on women if it triggers depression.
No one on this app is going to be touching my body, loving my body, or anything.
I think self love is the most healthiest thing.
I wasnt seeking approval. I actaully wrote a great short story about how anyone can achieve anything at any weight or body shape. It was to help inspire other moms and I even posted a picture before my progress. It was to show that anyone could do it if you're consistant. I'm a PT and nutritionist I like to inspire other women to life a healthier more creative lifestyle. And my intentions were to never cause triggers to others but the fact that they would say these things behind my back and then come ask me for meal plans and guides was just sad and shows that not all women treat all equally. Self love is very important and I dont put anyone down. Hoping this app isnt that kind of community as well
