How fast did you dilate? I am in early labor 1cm dilated. Lost my mucus plug yesterday. I'm so anxious to meet my little guy but I'm only 36 weeks....think its possible for my cervix to close back up?! I'm not gonna get a minute of sleep until he is here i am way too excited!!

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I was at 1cm for awhile with my 1st... I sat at 3cm with my last for 2 weeks.

I was at a 3 for 3 1/2 weeks until I was induced 4 days before my due date (preeclampsia)

You can be at 1 for a long time and since you’re still early, you probably will be. BUT do listen to your body and pack a bag for good measure. I was at 3cm for a whole week- I went to the hospital a few times because I was having a lot of contractions, but got sent home, then my water broke- at exactly 39 weeks. When that happens, no matter how early you are, you go to the hospital as soon as possible.

Are you thinned out at all? & it’s true that mucus plugs can regenerate! Just because you’re dilated doesn’t mean you’ll progress quickly. I was 2cm & 80% effaced at 35 weeks and I was having contractions but did not progress at all. I was induced at 36 weeks because I was high risk though.

She said my cervix is still pretty thick. But thats probably good as he should wait a little.longer to come. His mama is just impatient.

Your mucous plug can regenerate itself. You can walk around 4cm dilated for weeks or you can go from 1-10 in 4 hours. There’s really no telling how fast you’ll dilate. But try to be patient and let baby cook a few more weeks ♥️
