I already know about waiting 6 weeks before having sex again after giving birth... My breastfeeding council told me breastfeeding helps with postpartum depression AND releases the "love hormone" I guess explains why i am always wanting some!! How long after baby did you all have sex again?
2.5 weeks after Vaginal birth. Had a stich. But my PP bleeding was just spotting. Dr. If course suggested 6 weeks but i went with what my body was comfortable with. I called my OB the next day because I was so worried. Those hormones make you want it. She told me id be fine thats just a suggestion for everyone because thats the longest it takes for everyone to heal. If your bleeding is light or gone your most likely healed inside according to her. We kept doing it, and I'm just fine. Different for everyone though.
THANK YOU FOR COMMENTING THIS!!! BTW For anyone reading her comment SHE IS NOT implying that just because you have a c-section it’s not recommended that you wait six weeks because IT IS. 🤗
I waited 4 weeks and delivered vaginally had to get one stitch. My midwife did not have a problem with it. Went in for my pp check up at 5 weeks and I was already healed.
I didn't tear.. Rip or need stiches with either of mine THANK GOD
First time I waited the 6 weeks. Second time, I waited 4 weeks. & this last time I only waited 2 weeks but it was a little painful so I tried again at 3 weeks & it was good.
I waited 4 weeks with my son.. With my daughter lmao I could have had sex while still in the hospital.. But 2weeks postpartum... I started having sex again!
@boyandgirlmom, it’s crazy how different things are between each pregnancy & birth! I think the only reason I waited the full 6 was because I was under the impression that it was extremely important lol. I didn’t realize most people don’t wait or I probably would have by 4 weeks also lol
6 weeks, you have a dinner plate sized hole inside you. You’re also extremely fertile after birth even with breastfeeding.
After 4 weeks, no pain at at all. I had a c-section tho.🤷♀️
@outnumbered, I’m very educated. Lmao like I said I was simply saying MAYBE I didn’t have any problems because I had a c-section. I wasn’t saying go ahead and fucking try because I did. Stop looking for someone to start shit with because I promise I am not the one. Stop assuming shit and wait for the comments to continue dropping before you assume something. Makes you look like an ass. 🤷♀️
@outnumbered, I’m fine girl I’m just telling you not to assume shit.
@outnumbered, I’m not new to the app. I’ve been here since 2016 I was banned for being honest. Obviously you’re the one who doesn’t feel important if you’re trolling just to start shit. I’m not assuming shit YOU came for me so I’m coming back at you! Don’t put words in my fucking mouth. EVERYONE knows it’s six weeks, you were just looking for someone to start with. What about the others commenting saying they didn’t wait? Work your way down the line because I said what I said and I’m sorry it triggered you, but I’m done responding to you. ✌🏻
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I waited 6 after my last my c section just brutal for me. It is a reason though they say to wait 6 weeks regardless of how you give birth. Not being a ass just saying.
