I love my iud! I’m super forgetful with taking medications and all that so the pill wasn’t for me lol but mine is good for 5 years and it’s awesome!

Ive had them all including tubes tied I'm on seasoniqu pill were you have a period only wvery 3 months

I’ve done a lot of research on birth control methods and I’d suggest Natural Family Planning because hormonal birth control has too many side effects and risks. Natural Family Planning only has one risk and that’s pregnancy, I’d take pregnancy being my only risk over all these other crazy risks because at least with pregnancy I know what I’m getting into lol!
