@excitedmaddie18, I’m sorry you’re feeling down. Those hormonal rushes from birth, when they are trying to go back to normal can be hell. I’m here if you ever want to talk. Please don’t be afraid to ask for or to seek help. There’s no shame in a little help. I denied ppd for over a year and it was miserable. I barely bonded with my baby due to it. I don’t recommend trying to fight it alone. Hugs.
