Those of you who have done low carb diets or any diet can you answer this question!?!. For the past 5wks i have changed my eating habits to low carb, no soda, rly no sweets and i have been eating all healthy give or take a few days of the 5wks -- well my question is i have lost about 10lbs but now when i want to eat i eat alot less and am full quick bt i also feel like im gona get sick(nausea) i am not pregnant(on my period right now) but has this happened to anyone? Does it pass? Also i do take a vegan shake when i workout in the morning could this be the reason im feeling sick? Bt its not all the time jst started about 3days ago...?
I had some ginger ale soda , so not sure if that could help? I cnt even think about food..
@momoftwo1 it should help. I honestly think your body is just detoxing from the old way of eating. Sugar is insanely addicting! You should feel better soon. You may have also simultaneously just caught a littlr stomach bug. there is SO much going around right now.
Normal! They say it’s from “stomach shrinking” How true that is? Idk but happens to me as well. It doesn’t pass for me unless I start to over eat
Okay i eat alot less than i used to so figured maybe now wen i want to take a few more bites i get sick. Like yesterday i thought i would throw up, the min i stopped eating it did go away? I was just curious if ot was normal
It's normal. I would say try a sugar free gatorade Zero in case you need a b vitamin boost and it could be sugar withdrawal which will go away. :) a little caffeine may help, too.
