Oh no. Please talk with some one. It affected me so badly with my son because I tried to handle it my self.

I know I'm late to this post but DEFINITELY talk to someone girl. No shame or judgement, you gotta do what you gotta do to be the best you and get through the day. I myself am medicated but that's not for everyone. Some people genuinely just need someone to talk to. You'll never know until you start that conversation mama.
