Can u take metformin after you give birth ? I have so many metformin pills since I got prescribed them so late in my pregnancy and I’m most likely getting induced next Thursday .. don’t want to get pregnant again Juss want to shed pounds faster 😩
I have PCOS & I don't get why I have to take birth control & metformin at the same time? isn't birth control supposed to stop you from ovulating & metformin is supposed to help you ovulate? This is so frustrating. I just want to be able to get pregnant..

i'm getting my baby circumcised tomorrow & it makes me so sad. i want to do it but i don't want to see him hurting :( makes me cry every time i think about it

Metformin won’t make u gain the weight but will help u maintain it or lose it

I was taking metformin also to shed weight quicker u can no harm doing so as I’m on it due to being high risk of dieb after giving birth

I haven’t taken them as I caught a mild affect of pancreatitis nothing medication related so Nope

Your doc will decide if you still need it. Don’t take it if you don’t cause it will mess up your body. The best way to lose weight is diet and exercise once your doc oks it. Any kind of “helping” supplement will just make you gain the weight back once you’re done taking it

@realprettilex, I would not take it. Diabetic medication should only be used if you are a diabetic.

@littleonemorning, it’s actually used for a lot of thing women trying to conceive take it to help them lose weight for a better chance at conceiving

I still wouldn’t use it. It will do more harm to your body than good unless your doctor says you can. Not worth it otherwise.
