Just little bumps, sometimes it can be red and irritated looking, sometimes it looks like little whiteheads, and other times they're just skin colored bumps. I would google baby acne and if her fever gets worse or you're concerned, maybe call up the nurse line and describe the bumps just to rule out a rash.
