My husband told me if anything ever happens to him he doesn’t want to be hooked on machines he just wants me to let him go. And I told him I will never let him go I will never pull the plug.
It’ll be too hard on me and the kids that is why he made that decision. I would respect him and his wishes. But it’ll be too hard for me.
We’ve semi had this discussion and I agree with your husband. I don’t want to be kept alive by machines and tubes. I completely understand that would be crazy hard for them to deal with but we decided on 30 days of life support. After 30 days of no brain waves or signs of life I’d like to be let go and I’d respect anything my husband wanted for his life as much as it would suck for me and the kids.
I'm in nursing school and I think when y'all had the talk he's trying to lay it straight but like above if a dnr is signed married or not you can't change what he signed before him passing
I know. He’s said he would sign it and he wants me to let him go bc he doesn’t want me or our kids to see him like that. I would respect him. I just hope that day never comes 💔
If he has a DNR I don’t think you have a choice.. (this is based of watching too much greys anatomy so I’m
Not sure on the accuracy)
This is how the conversation came up. We started watching it from the beginning and we just saw the episode with Derek and he just told me. He said said he would sign a DNR so I wouldn’t have to make any decisions and just worry about our kids.
@squishymommy1, @theycallmemommy, @mychemicalshaymance, @parkers_mommy, @flamingomom, I completely understand I wouldn’t have any other choice but to respect his wishes. It’s a hard topic to discuss. He’s my first love my first everything it would be hard. I’ve had dreams of him dying and I wake up crying. But I would respect him on what he wants. Just like he would with my wishes
My husband and I have had the same discussion. I understand that if he has no quality of life that he doesn’t want to prolong the inevitable. I pray I never have to make that decision
I totally get that but if it’s his wishes, you need to respect them. My husband has it in his will that he does not want to live hooked up to a machine to live.
It's hard decision but it's always best to respect their wishes.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
opinions?
I told Jeff I want to leave. He said that he doesn't love me and I feel the same way about him. However when I asked him if I could keep paying my share of the bills while saving enough to leave he said if I'm going to leave I need to go now. This is what he always does. He says he doesn't want me but when I try to leave he manipulates me.
Am I a bitch? My husband wanted to go to lunch with a girl who's a friend but her boyfriend wouldn't be there. I threw a fit and got upset and he didn't go, should I have let him?

Enjoying some fun in the sun ☀️
Don’t come for me about him not wearing a life jacket. I don’t want to hear it. He was fine 🙄
EDIT : this post is very long.
I need to rant really quick and I am expecting honest answers from some mamas on here! Tell me if I’m wrong. Couple months ago my boyfriend got into an accident and went through a coma, was in a rehab center and for weeks. I was only with him for the first 3 days of him being in the hospital cause him mom kicked me out and didn’t let me see him for months. When he woke up from his coma she lied to me told me that he didn’t remember me or his daughter! When she fo...
