Anyone ever gotten a breast augmentation done? It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and more so now that I’ve breast fed 2 babies soon to be 3. They’re just not what they used to be.
Do you think it was a good choice? My husband isn’t too crazy about the idea and I’ve heard some horror stories about what your body goes through years after the procedure.
@anap1012, I don’t regret the choice at all mainly because I was basically flat chested after breastfeeding my girls. the first month after having it done you go through a lot of pain, I had to fight through it and keep telling myself that it is going to be worth it once I heal. I stopped having pain after that first month and was able to wear my bikini for summer. When I first considered having a breast augmentation I did ALOT of research and went to 2 different places for a consult. Do your research on reviews and the surgeon that you go to so you know you are seeing a good surgeon. The one that I went to first I was told I wouldn’t meet the surgeon until the day of my surgery and I didn’t like that, some might not see a problem but I would like to know my surgeon and ask questions before paying. The second place I went to I met him up front. He made us feel like family and eased my nerves. My husband was iffy about me getting it done when I first brought it up but I had him go with me to the appointment so he was involved with everything and could ask questions himself. He was also worried I was getting them for others to “enjoy the sight of” but it was more of a confidence booster for me. I had no confidence with my boobs drained from babies lol
