Yes mam 🙋🏻♀️ I’ve learned over the years when I breastfeed for whatever reason I gain a ton and to think I have a few more months of it is sad lmao but I’m happy I’m actually able to breastfeed I know some women can’t but just sucks it always does this no matter what I eat or how much I exercise
I was up until last year. I started cutting back on what I ate and when. I picked 3 meals I liked for breakfast and lunch and rotated them, ate a normal dinner but I would eat dinner late usually around 7pm and nothing after. No snacking but if I did it was fruits and veggies. It took a year but I lost 30lbs with no exercise. I was 168lbs I'm currently at 135lbs. The extra 3lbs is from being sick these past 2 days!! 🤒🤢
I have tried cutting out sugar eating right exercise nothing is working atm
