I just messed myself up. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I wasn’t thinking - that and I’m generally feeling better - but I just bent down to pick my my cat and I felt horrible pain behind the left side of my incision site from my c-section. 😖

My cat is a Maine Coon, and 15lbs. I wasn’t thinking. Just bent over, scooped her up and ouchhhhhhhh.

Extra pain meds for me tonight. 😫
