Youd have to eat like four whole pineapples with the core included for pineapple to even MAYBE have any effect on pregnancy. Even then you'd get diarrhea way before pregnancy problems.
I've had a miscarriage my doctor has told me Foods to avoid to take any precautions possible. Pineapple is one of them. That's all I'm saying. Not going to argue with anyone
It definitely mango 😂 but i ate pineapple almost everyday. I even mentioned it to my doc because I heard it wasn’t safe. Doc told me it’s perfectly fine to eat as much as you want.. just don’t go crazy eating 3-4 a day core and all because it will make you sick not the baby at all 😂 some people just really act like they know it all.

I personally wouldn't take the risk. It's on the list of foods to not eat in pregnancy.
