Ok mamas what's a safe laxative to take while breastfeeding?? I've tried colace thats not much help but I'm post c section 3 weeks and have only gone 3x I'm in some pain here 😭😭

Mineral oil is what my ob recommended for me. That worked.

Colace worked wonders for me. It takes a day or two to kick in. Take more then one pill and you should be fine
