@catfish2220, what do u put in yours? My mom made it a lot growing up. She only did chicken broth, little meatballs, escarole and served over egg noodles. Maybe it’s a different soup? Idk but I’ve heard it called wedding soup, escarole and Italian wedding soup haha
well I used the wrong noodles this time because I don't have the ones I normally use. We normally make it with acini de pepe noodles meatballs spinach white onion carrots a little bit of celery because I'm not a huge celery person and chicken broth. Then season it with some onion powder, pepper and I put a basil leaf in it cuz I love basil lol.
