Contractions hurt and are consistent. BH don’t hurt and are not consistent.

I've had BH with all my pregnancy. For me the BH are not constant they don't continue back to back like you'll get one here and there and it may or may not be painful. Mine hurt like hell js. Plus they only last a few seconds. Contractions are more constantly and the pain level will continue to rise.
