ASAP. I quit smoking cigarettes the day I took the test. With two of my three pregnancies actually. My last one I didn’t have to quit cause I already quit smoking permanently so I was good☺️ been almost 4 years now since my last cigarette💪🏽🥰
As soon as you can. I know it can be hard but you'll get there. I got lucky because around 2-3 weeks into my pregnancy my SO lit up a cigg and I ran to the bathroom and puked. So I didn't smoke during my pregnancy since it made me sick. That's actually how I found out I was pregnant.
That's how it was with my last pregnancy. But I'm stopping cause I don't want to do anything to harm baby

I don't smoke weed. So I guess I will never understand. But I'm not sure why people smoke weed when they're pregnant!

I used to be a big pothead until I found out I was 7 weeks pregnant. Haven't smoke since then ! I be feeling like smoking but I doubt I will anytime soon since I will be breastfeeding😢
Sadly, I still smoke. I cut back a lot! From smoking half a pack to a whole pack a day now I only smoke 3 a day maybe even 5 if I’m stressing out. I smoke out of habit, I can quit honestly. It’s a habit when I’m at work . 🤦🏼♀️
