Csection mamas I have a question! I’m almost 1 year post partum and still the lower half of my stomach (below belly button) is numb. I can pinch poke whatever to my stomach and I feel hardly NOTHING it feels almost like when your foot or hand is “asleep” .... is that normal? Should I see the doc?

Idk if it’s normal. But mine is the same way. And I’ve been a year and a half postpartum. So I think it has to do with your nerves being affected during surgery.

oh wow!! Yeah that most definitely would cause some damage lol, what about before you were pregnant did your belly go down? How did you get it to go down

tbh I’ve always been on the thinner side. I never had a issue gaining weight and that’s one thing I loved about being pregnant is I gained weight I don’t like being skinny but I have a health disorder that doesn’t let me gain weight so once I have my babies my stomach drops girl like I never was pregnant it gets flat within 6-8 weeks after postpartum
