Are you agreeable on the terms such as child support within the relationship? If so, that is something that can be mutually handled otherwise I'm not sure what you're referring to.

Joint custody is 50/50 you split the week with other other parent, I have joint custody with my oldest sons father his schedule used to be he’d go to his dads Sunday at 12 noon and he home Wednesday at 12 noon. We did that up until he started kindergarten. He’s 11 now he goes just Friday to Sunday. Sometimes just Saturday to Sunday.

She is trying to say, she wants where the child stays at the house and each parent leaves when it’s the other parents turn. I ain’t sure if there is a custody term for that. But have heard they can order that if parents agree. Am I correct that’s what your asking

I know a family who does that. The kids never have to leave the house. The parents have an apartment that they stay in when it’s the other parent turn with the kids. It worked great for a long time, until the dad started dating and got serious with his gf. And that’s when it all ended.
