Really need advice on what to do cause my options are slim.
My little girl has bad reflux which makes her arch her back all the time even when she's sleeping.
We are staying at her nans for a couple of days while she is on holiday and she's in the travel cot
With all the arching she does she seems to do a 180 but then buries her face in the side where the breathable net isn't there.
My only other option is to put her in my bed and I don't really wanna do that

Could you maybe buy a positioner? I had one for Florence at that age, wasn’t expensive it was like two soft rolls either side her body with a piece of material joining them x

Honestly it's beyond that right now to the point where I'm ringing my health visitor to get me into a physio assessment cause it ain't right the only way I can describe the movement it's like something out the exorcist she turns her head right back to the side and arches her back it's got so bad she can meet her hands all while her hips remain central xx
