Has any mommas out there ever felt weak just didn’t feel right? I don’t what it means HELP me out !!! Is it something I need to be worried about???

It's the first trimester, it takes all your energy. I swear I slept threw the whole first trimester. 💀 I also felt super weak because I had all day sickness and could hardly ever eat anything
