Mom's whom has had three or more pregnancies how were they different? Ie: pregnancy, sickness, labor, recovery, etc .

Only my 3 rd son and last pregnancy I vomited daily , 13 hrs labor and was swollen after on my feet and legs almost 2 months “my 1st&2nd son’s 20 min labor ;) and was fine all pregnancy

With first pregnancy was preterm 36 weeks and vaginal birth and heart started to race and felt like I couldn't hear my 2nd pregnancy was a miscarriage at 9 weeks my 3rd pregnancy was full term at 38 weeks but she was breach so c-section and I ended up losing to much blood .the 4th one was vaginal but had to get induced at 37 weeks cuz my blood pressure was rising some and then when the broke my water everytime his heart rate went down my blood pressure would n i almost went into shock 2 times n now in pregnant with my last one n I'm 9 weeks
