Yes. We are not married but we have been together for 5 years. He is just as much in their life as I am, so yes my kids have his last name.
They have my last name. Their dad and his brother have their mom’s last name so why not continue the pattern lol. Actually, that’s just a coincidence.
My babies have the same daddy, but I gave my son my name, and this baby his last name. I do want to change my son's last name now... however we weren't together for a long time when I had our son, like a year, so I wasn't too keen on it idk. Since we've been together for 4 years now and I can see us getting married I decided to make my daughter have his last name

My son has his last name but we’ve been in a relationship for 7 years and just aren’t married yet. I know you may not want to but remember that you can change it if you need to
