Anyone else feel like they are overheating at night? Like you just feel like it's just hot and stuffy. I wish I could sleep I always feel hot and when I try to lay down and sleep my nose gets stuffed up on one side and I feel like my throat gets so dry and I have phlegm stuck in my throat so I have to sit up until it goes away. It makes me feel like I can't breathe even though I am and I hate it plus add acid reflux to it.
