Left pic: unmotivated, sick, unhealthy, unhappy, outgrowing my clothes (I mean look at how stretched out my poor shirt was, how embarrassing), neglecting myself, and ashamed of my weight. No I wasn’t pregnant, Liam was two years old. I had reached 165 lbs.
Right pic: healthier, happier, fitting into my clothes, motivated, and a work in progress. I’ve removed myself from the back burner. Even though I’ve become more active and adopted healthier eating habits in my mind I was still thinking I looked big until I did a comparison. I’m honestly blown away. I still have some areas I’m working on but Unlike 2016 Bree, I’m putting in the effort.
There’s been tons of sweat and tears throughout this journey and there’s much more to spare. I’m not finished with myself yet. I’m not giving up on myself anymore. I’m re-learning to love myself and put my health as a priority. I’m re-learning to be gentle with myself and eliminate negative self talk. I’m learning a new life style and have accepted I’ll always be a work in progress. I’m okay with that.
One day at a time 🖤.

You’re doing a great job! I’m in the process of doing the same! Any tips? Being told you’re too big all your life has taken a toll on me. Even when I was thin so I’m working on the self love and I workout at least 5x a week

@breediddy13, yeah I’m debating about having my husband hide it so I can only weigh myself once a month cuz it’s driving me crazy.
