So my boobs are engorged so bad to the point they feel like cement but bad thing is I have no milk coming out and I’m not breast feeding I just want relief because they hurt so bad my whole body hurts and I think I’m getting a fever

I hurt so bad! When i sit down i feel as if im pushing baby boy back up out of the canal or something it hurts so bad! Im thinking about going in to the doctor.. But idk

you need to try and massage some out and then ice them. ice, ice, ice. you can take ibuprofen for the pain
