@meganrogers1329 is he showing any signs of dehydration? Dry lips? Sunken soft spot? No tears while crying? If so, I'd definitely take him in for that. If not, I'd just give him some Tylenol to help with the fussiness and fever and go to urgent care in the morning if you're still concerned. I'd just avoid the ER because it's expensive and you'll expose him to all kinds of germs there. 😅
@meganrogers1329, I honestly wouldn’t take him. Try soothing methods and more meds. Children hospitals really do suck unless in an emergency. We think it’s serious when they see it differently. Do what you think is best. Have you fed him any new foods maybe ?? Then I understand if you feel some type way

@sabi.bishh, he’s been throwing fit all day won’t eat won’t take a teething ring nothing so I’m taking him

Does he have any other symptoms? Have you tried a fever reducer? 100.6 is considered a low grade fever. They probably won't even treat it to be honest. When I took my 4 month old daughter to urgent care for 102 fever, they told me the ER is going to want to know what steps you took first to bring down their fever because 9/10 it can be treated at home.
