Do any of you suffer from mild vertigo ?? I got diagnosed in February after finding out I have fluid in both ears and I had a bad sinus and head cold . I was told all I can do is take allergy pills or helps with the dizziness and drys up everything . Sometimes it hits out of no where my mother has this as well ! Today it hit out of no where ! Unfortunately it heightens my anxiety 😔 and I have to keep reminding myself I’m ok lol

My mom did this exercise for me. It involves laying on your back on a bed with your head dangling off, moving your head around certain ways and it INSTANTLY took it away...!!!!

I have mild to severe vertigo with my mingranes. It's no fun at all. Plenty of water, rest with an ice pack on the back of your neck for a few minutes, take motion sickness pills. And breath in and out deeply to relieve the stress and maybe your anxiety flares up the vertigo which it does for me. Thats what I do when I get the vertigo. Sometimes it helps sometimes not

Have you seen an ENT?

No I haven’t because until today it hasn’t been fully triggered

@franny.93, You might want to see one. They specialize in that sort of thing and can offer options. It’s not ideal, but getting tubes in your ears can help drain the fluid and keep it from building up. Your PCP can make a referral to an ENT if you want to go that route.
