Run a humidifier at night to help that from happening

I run it every night because they love the noise but I think having the fan on as well is what did it.

my son had a nose bleed not too long ago, his daddy wakes up with nose bleeds all the time, they both get really hot when they sleep even with the fans on full blast @angm.2213
