it’s possible that you could bring your supply back, but no guarantees. if you can still get milk out when you hand express, it shouldn’t be too hard—just start pumping and maybe try some kind of lactation boosting foods (if you google it you can find a lot of different options). if you can’t hand express milk, it might not be possible but you can try using the same method i described and hope for the best! :)
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.

I am trying not to get discouraged but my milk stil havent came n yet I was seeing a very small amount in one breast now I'm not seeing anything at all I'm taking the fenugreek capsules and mothers milk tea and I've been pumping as much as I can...I started taking both of them Saturday and still no huge sign of my milk coming back🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️😔😔😔
I did it, and it was hard as heck, especially working full time too. I was pumping every 2 hours, letting him latch in between, letting him use me as a pacifier, guzzling water, and eating/drinking every lactation boosting foods/drinks known to google lol. I still was only able to continue for 2 months, but it was worth it to me. I wish you luck, its definitely not an easy road
