Actually have these . It pulses your muscles and can defeat help with hard spots but the adhesive can get annoying even with cleaning and u have to be ready for that jolt which can hurt but for a moment. Um it did activate my abs and my husband chest muscles where he was trying to do more . It’s just it in anyway replaces working out

Yay I’m glad to hear from someone that has actually tried it. Ya I was wondering if the jolt was really intense. So not exactly worth it? I guess I’ll just stick to an old fashion workout.
