Finally get to pick my keys to my apartment in a few!!! I’m so excited. My kids deserve this! I’ve prayed so hard. This is my first apartment on my own, no man, no help. Just me and my girls!

The response I got from letting my landlord know this is the second mouse I’ve had in my apartment in a couple weeks. That last sentence really rubbed me wrong. For one, I have a clean apartment, I don’t leave food out. Two, it’s fall so mice are looking for warmth, they’re not coming into my apartment because it’s ‘dirty’. Three, I don’t believe that it’s a “first for this building”. Ugh this whole email just made me feel like she thinks I don’t clean or something. Maybe I’m over reacting. I don’t care though.
