My stepsons tantrums are getting worse he always takes a nap between 12-1 and today he just freaked out hitting the door and the walls idk what's going on with him.

That’s a pretty early nap for a 2 year old. What time does he wake up? Tantrums are normal and expected at this age.

He goes to bed at 8 and gets up at 7. Him being up 5-6 hours he gets crabby not to early for a nap

At 2 and a half I'd ask him. What does he need for quiet time or nap time. For my oldest we called mid day nap "quiet time" he didnt need to sleep, but he did need to read or play quietly in his room. This always resulted in a nap. He just needed something to do before bed.n

My 3 year old gets like that. He naps 12-1:30 and around 11:30, he always starts getting mad over everything little thing and whining. I can tell you when it’s nap time without looking at the clock just by his behavior.

Yup I can always tell to lol he usually goes down at 1 but today for some reason he was crying over everything so he went down at 12:30 had a tantrum till 1 and is still sleeping

he might have been up in the middle of the night. He has night tears also sometimes.. he's still in a crib glad he doesn't know how to get out
