My 10 year old has bad insomnia. He's been like that since he was a baby. Always had trouble sleeping. And he keeps coming into my room when I'm laying down with a freaking ice pack on face because of this migraine. Wish he would just settle down and sleep..... Last night he couldn't fall asleep till 12:30. His dr prescruves him medication because with his ADHD meds wearing off, it keeps him up sometimes also. So that, and having sleep issues don't mix. He's currently out of his sleep aid till he goes into the dr for a check up. God help me. 😶😶🙄
