My 3 month old is throwing up all her milk ! I'm so tired of seeing her spit it all up..Her ped doesn't seem to mind because she's gaining weight! But this time she spitting up more then last few months ! Help what can I do ?

Can someone give me advice on what could be wrong? Rocky is spitting up after he eats and it just keeps coming and coming and it looks like he's pushing it up too. It soaks his entire body by the time he's done and I have to undress him and clean him up and it happens all at once.. I'm super worried about him. Do your babies spit up after? And if they do how much? My daughter will be fed and burped and she'll spit up an hour or two hours later and its a lot. Anyone else experiencing this?
